Do Korean and Chinese Pokémon cards get the same expansions as Japan?

Summary

At least some do. The 2026 30th CELEBRATION expansion is listed with a September 16 release on the Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese official sites, and it appears under the same name in the Hong Kong product list. Prices differ by region, and each language edition is a separate product. The official site for mainland China presents its own lineup.

The Taiwan page calls it a worldwide simultaneous release, and the Korean page notes that the product may contain cards that cannot be used at official tournaments.

Some expansion names are translated instead. Japan's Inferno X (インフェルノX) is 인페르노X in Korea and 烈獄狂火X in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Mainland China and other Asian regions

The card game section of pokemon.cn, the official site for mainland China, features products with names of their own, such as 宝可梦卡牌 嗨皮组合 训练家的宝可梦, released October 16, 2026, at 88元. The region selector on asia.pokemon-card.com also links to Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and an English-language Hong Kong site.
