Can you order from Pokémon Center Online if you live outside Japan?

Summary

No. Pokémon Center Online delivers only to addresses in Japan, and its delivery guide says it does not accept overseas delivery. Some card products are sold by lottery, and entering, getting results, and ordering all happen on the site. Without a Japanese delivery address, you cannot buy from it directly.

Shipping

Orders under ¥6,000 including tax ship for a flat ¥550 anywhere in Japan, and orders of ¥6,000 or more ship free, though some items have different shipping fees. Yamato Transport delivers, and customers cannot choose the carrier.

How lottery sales work

Entering a lottery requires logging in, and some lotteries also require phone number verification. Every entrant gets an email with the result, win or lose. Winners order through the URL in that email, and a win is canceled if the order is not placed by the deadline.

For the 30th anniversary, Pokémon Center Online announced an additional lottery on August 21, 2026, for the 30th CELEBRATION box (¥7,200) and the Premium Deck Set Espeon & Umbreon (¥6,200). Entries ran August 28 to 31, one entry per person per lottery, with separate groups for Players Club members who had verified their identity with a My Number Card and those who had not. Delivery was again limited to Japan. The 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX (¥27,500), released September 16, is sold only through Pokémon Center Online.
