Will a One Piece booster box get you the full set?

Summary

Not necessarily. Cards are packed at random, and the English page for OP-12 warns that "multiples of one card may appear, or it may be difficult to assemble a full set." A box is many packs from one set bought at once. It does not fix which cards those packs contain.

How many cards make up one set

LEGACY OF THE MASTER [OP-12] lists 128 card types plus one DON!! card in English: 6 Leaders, 45 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, 6 Special Cards, 1 Treasure Rare, and 2 3rd Anniversary Special Cards. English packs sell for $4.99. The Japanese edition of the same set has 127+1 types and six cards per pack at ¥220, and its page also states that cards are inserted at random.
