What do OP, EB, PRB, ST, and P mean in One Piece card codes?

Published · By the Cards from Japan editors

Summary

They name the product type. OP is a booster pack, EB an Extra Booster, PRB a Premium Booster, and ST a Starter Deck, while P is used for promotion card numbers. Card numbers pair the code with a set number, as in OP01-001, but the English releases have not always used the same codes as Japan.

Why English has OP14-EB04 and OP15-EB04

Japan released OP-14 (November 22, 2025), the Extra Booster EGGHEAD CRISIS [EB-04] (January 31, 2026), and OP-15 (February 28, 2026) as three separate products. The English Card List has no standalone EB-04 entry. English sold THE AZURE SEA'S SEVEN [OP14-EB04] on January 16, 2026, and ADVENTURE ON KAMI'S ISLAND [OP15-EB04] on April 3, 2026. The English sets list 163+2 and 159+1 card types, compared with 128+1 for Japanese OP-14 and 125+1 for Japanese OP-15. The English product pages do not explain the combined codes.
