What is actually inside a One Piece card "box"?

Summary

A booster box holds packs from a single set, and some sets add one box-topper card. Other boxed products, such as the Premium Card Collections, contain a fixed group of cards and no packs at all. The official product pages for sets like OP-01 and OP-12 do not say how many packs come in a box.

Box toppers

The English page for ROMANCE DAWN [OP-01] says one card is included at random from a total of six types. The Japanese page describes the same bonus as a parallel card packed in each box. The set itself has 121 card types, and the Japanese page adds that 27 of them also exist in parallel versions.

Boxes with no packs

The official English product list includes several items named Premium Card Collection, separate from the boosters and decks. Premium Card Collection -Ace & Sabo & Luffy- sells for $30.00 and contains 14 cards and one card booklet. No booster packs are listed in its contents, and the product list tags it as a Premium Bandai item.
