Summary

Yes. KONAMI's official card database has a Search by Card Number option, and entering QCCP-JP001 returns a single card, Blue-Eyes White Dragon. The card's page then lists every product it was printed in, with date, number, product name, and rarity.

Partial numbers and rarity rows

A partial number works too. Searching QCCP-JP on the Japanese database returns 200 cards, though the results list does not show their numbers, so matching a number to a card happens on each card's own page. That page gives one row per rarity. QCCP-JP001, from QUARTER CENTURY CHRONICLE side:PRIDE, takes four rows because it was printed as Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, Ultimate Rare, and Quarter Century Secret Rare.

Early cards with no number

Dark Magician's oldest entry on the Japanese database is Vol.1, from February 4, 1999, and neither it nor the December 1999 EX release shows a number at all. The first numbered Japanese printing is LB-05, from May 18, 2000, and it has no JP in the number. The Japanese page lists 69 rows for the card in total.
