Besides mailing, how else can you send cards to PSA in the U.S.?

Summary

An order you create on PSA's website or app can be handed in at a local submission event instead of being mailed. You can also skip the online order: participating GameStop stores in the U.S. take cards for PSA grading at $59.99 a card plus $9.99 shipping per order. When grading is done, cards can come back to you or go into PSA Vault.

Submitting to PSA yourself

PSA has two ways to submit. Assisted Submission is for cards only and keeps the steps short; Classic Submission covers all items and gives you full control. With Assisted, you scan cards in the PSA app or enter them on the web, and PSA estimates each card's graded value and recommends a service level card by card. You can accept the recommendation or change it. After choosing where the cards go and paying, you package and ship the order or hand it in at a local submission event.

As of September 24, 2026, Standard costs $59.99 a card with an estimated 90 to 100 business days. The cheaper Value tiers are paused.

Dropping cards off at GameStop

At a participating GameStop, you leave ungraded cards at the store and GameStop sends them to PSA. There is no submission form and no minimum number of cards. Only standard 2.5 by 3.5 inch cards are accepted, each in a penny sleeve and a card saver, which the store also sells. Declared value is capped at $1,000 a card, and a card valued above that costs extra. Turnaround is estimated at 90 to 100 business days, and you get an email when the cards are ready. Paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

GameStop's terms, effective September 9, 2026, treat cards not picked up within 30 days of the ready notice as abandoned. Ownership passes to GameStop, which may resell them in its own name without paying the customer.

Sending graded cards to PSA Vault

Assisted Submission offers three destinations: your home, PSA Vault, or an eBay listing. PSA Vault is a storage facility in New Castle, Delaware, that accepts only cards graded and encapsulated by PSA, SGC, BGS, or CGC. Raw cards and cards in other holders are not accepted. Taking cards out costs $5.99 per U.S. shipment of up to 50 items plus $1.99 per item, with another $4.99 per item if it has been in the Vault for less than 90 days.
